Personal Assistant

Our client is a Private Equity firm, managing a portfolio of companies across UK, EMEA & USA with a focus on impact investing especially within the renewable infrastructure and energy related industries. Recognised as pioneer in the renewable energy industry they are challenging the status-quo.

As the company continues to expand they are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join them in the Head Office based in Leeds City Centre to support their Award winning Founder & Chairman. This is a chance to play a key role in a growing and impactful business. The right candidate will be confident, self-starting a proactive in all they do.

For the right candidate they can be flexible around childcare commitments including 4 day working or working hours to suit childcare pick up and drop off. Additionally they offer a very competitive salary up to £35k + £300 per month car allowance.

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organising events and conferences.
• Ensuring Chairman meets deadlines.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing databases.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Collating expenses and assisting with Accounts and sending out invoices.
• Conducting research on behalf of the Chairman
• Organising the manager’s personal commitments.

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or Office Manager
