Outbound Campaign Executive

• Enthusiastically working on outbound campaigns, representing the company in a highly professional manner.

• Sales calls to both existing and new customers for the purpose of cross-selling/up-selling.

• Build relationships that last the duration of the campaigns with; clients whilst demonstrating your ability to grow and increase the company's share of wallet.
• Ability to adapt to the business/campaign needs with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to grasp opportunities.
• Capturing and recording accurate data for all activity and logging information in CRM.
• To understand and develop personal knowledge of products on offer.
• Work towards and achieve individual and company sales targets and KPI’s maximising each sales opportunity.
• Handle customer dissatisfaction correspondence and find a solution within agreed remit.
• Attend & participate fully in training days/ promotional vendor days.
• To comply with all Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the Health and Safety Executive and business.
• To participate in all relevant quality programmes and assist as required in quality initiatives.
• To comply with the guidelines of the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to maintain an awareness and understanding of regulations that apply to the post.
• Where the role includes any task relating to the purchasing, storage or sales of medicines, an understanding of the principles of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is required.
• At all times the post-holder should act in a way that supports the Company in maintaining its essential licences and certifications.

• Excellent and confident telephone manner.
• Be able to self-motivate in order to exceed own targets.
• Demonstrable understanding of sales methodologies.
• Time Management and prioritising skills.
• Proven track record in Outbound Sales or Campaign based roles - Dental/Medical/Beauty Industry Preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of CRM or maintaining customer databases - Proficient on Microsoft Excel.
• 5 GCSE’s, or equivalent including English and Maths.
