Outbound Campaign Executive

Scope

An exciting opportunity to join a leading supplier to the beauty industry, with over 45 years of experience they distribute some of the most well known brands in the sector. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to develop their sales team with an Outbound Campaign Executive, to increase revenue, profit and market share by driving business and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • To develop new business with existing and new customers through outbound calls and campaigns, working towards and achieving team sales targets.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI’s – including phone activity, duration and volume of calls per day = 30-50 with a success rate of 30% answered. Lead generation and conversion to order, decision maker reached
  • Support with training, booking training and supporting field sales.
  • Responsible for the management, development and sales performance of targeted account base.
  • Use the internal CRM system to ensure all customer details and sales opportunities are logged.
  • Ability to adapt to the business/campaign needs with a positive “can do” attitude and a willingness to grasp opportunities
  • Maximise each sales opportunity and increase customer order value by offering additional products and services that the company offer
  • To plan and organise outbound call schedule with line manager and ensure all calls are made in accordance with agreed schedules maintaining CRM at all times.
  • To comply with all Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the Health and Safety Policy.

About You

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or campaign based roles
  • Computer literate
  • Experience of CRM and Excel preferable but not essential
  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build robust relationships with customer base
  • Proven self-starter with ability to structure own day, work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
