Orthodontic Territory Sales Manager

Scope

Our client are globally renowned organisation in the dental and wider healthcare arenas, having a fantastic reputation for their quality products and service, values and care of staff.

This is a rare opportunity to join the organisation and managing a thriving territory area with responsibility for sales of their Orthodontic portfolio across South West UK & Wales.

The company operate a very ethical approach to their customers and employees with people at the heart of all they do. They pride themselves on developing and progressing staff where they can and invest extensively in doing so.

Responsibilities

  • Leading sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients’ lives
  • Implementing product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives
  • Developing and managing sustainable business opportunities
  • Supporting and engaging customers through education & training
  • Creating strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Will always be updating and teaching the internal team.
  • Provide ongoing education pathways, user training and support to customers
  • Promotion and selling of post-sale education courses & events
  • Education is an integral part of the portfolio, attendance at assigned CAD/CAM, Digital Imaging trainings will be mandatory.

About You

  • Strong sales experience within the dental industry
  • Ideally based in Gloucester, Bristol, Cardiff or Swansea area (must be either based in Wales or the South West of the UK)
  • Knowledge in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools
  • Challenger mindset, positive thinking, tenacious, driven and a high level of resilience
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated, team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Oral care clinical background (desirable)
  • Orthodontic care/sales experience (desirable)
  • Good organisational skills
