Our client is experiencing significant internal growth and they are looking to bring in a Principal Optometrist to their practice, supporting the business from in and out of the testing room.

This is a critical hire, and they are looking for an experienced Optometrist that is an expert in their field. Offering continued professional growth, the latest equipment, and experienced teams within the practices, there is significant focus on the patient journey.

• Confidently provide eye exams
• Take a consultative approach with patients
• Complete visual field and retinal imaging
• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure continued clinical and professional excellence
• Ensure patient safety and delivery of the highest clinical care through offering the best technical advice, guidance on maintaining their current eye condition, and preventative measures.
• Regularly assess equipment to ensure safety and fit for use.

• Fully Qualified Optometrist (Essential)
