Having the support of these teams enables us to focus on creating value for our customers and patients alike.

• Management of day-to-day business activities of the General Manager
• Providing strategic management of the GM’s busy and complex schedule, coordinating meetings with internal and external contacts, and arranging complex travel
• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and provider for office services
• Day to day management of office and facilities
• In partnership with the site leadership team, continually look for ways to evolve and improve operational efficiency of systems and processes impacting staff and office operations

• Proven Office Management and or Executive Assistant experience
• Ability to multi-task and priorities work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office
