National Sales Manager

Scope

We at Consult pride ourselves from working with global leaders within the Audiology and Hearing Care markets; we are delighted to be supporting a group of international companies developing, manufacturing and marketing a wide variety of technological solutions, including state-of-the art digital hearing instrumentation.

We are now looking to recruit a National Sales Manager to strategically drive and develop business within the Public sales channel, managing all commercial aspects of the NHS business, including a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure NHS sales are developed in line with the business strategic goals
  • Support and manage all aspects of NHS business – key accounts, commissioners, KOL’s and key influencing authorities
  • Deliver high quality interactions and experiences to all NHS customers
  • Develop a ‘customer first’ culture across the company with strong adherence to company values
  • Work in close liaison with the Sales Director to develop strategies to increase sales performance

About You

  • Proven track record in service excellence within B2B manufacturing industry
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Management experience or virtual team management
  • Exposure within the Hearing industry, preferable
  • Experience leading multifunctional project teams, desired
