Multi-Site Optometrist - South East

This client is a family owned and operated business, with patient care at its core. They have worked tirelessly within the communities for almost 4 generations, and they are looking to bring in Optometrists who match that desire to excel.

Our client is developing the ocular care service across its practices, and they are looking to bring in an ambitious Optometrist to cover 4-5 practices within a given territory. This role is ideally suited for an Optometrist looking for more variety in their day to day, a chance to coach and develop existing practice teams, and be part of the development of the optical service.

You will form part of both the clinical and operational teams, and this role is somewhat different to the usual roles on the market, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to be an ambassador of the business, but also be part of the ongoing learning and development of the wider business.

• Provide exceptional clinical care, leading by example in each practice
• Support practices across a given territory as required
• Be a bridge between practices to ensure clinical and ethical standards are maintained
• Undertake new starter inductions and onboarding
• Deliver ongoing learning and development as required by the business to practice teams
• Oversee experience days, as part of the interview process

• Qualified Optometrist
• GOC Registered
• Right to live and work in the UK
• Driving license
• Comfortable travelling between practices
