Microbiologist

Our client is an established global pharmaceutical manufacturer who are currently looking for Microbiologist to join their Microbiology Department.

As the company is currently going through a period of dynamic change and growth, they are looking for a talented industry experienced Microbiologist to join their team.

• This role will be responsible for the testing of pharmaceutical raw materials (including components), intermediates and finished products for batch release, stability, development studies and customer complaints in line with site procedures.
• Completion of site support activities including Environmental monitoring, water analysis and microbial identification analysis.
• The employee would represent the department as required to include external customers and regulators.
• All lab activities will be to GMP standards and you will also monitor production facilities and equipment.

• Industrial pharmaceutical laboratory experience working to GMP, Pharmaceuticals and hands on aseptic techniques.
• Must have hands on experience of aseptic techniques and ideally aseptic manufacture
• Must have knowledge of pharmaceutical testing requirements, testing equipment and current Analytical techniques.
