Marketing Operations Manager

Scope

Consult are in exclusive partnership with a global, $4bn Diagnostics company that are expanding rapidly across the UK and EMEA regions creating a progressive pathway to Director level.

We are in search of a Marketing Operations Manager to cover the North of Europe and lead country adaptation and the deployment of Regional campaigns and programmes. This individual will combine marcom excellence with martech expertise and team leadership skills and will be the primary liaison between Regional and Country marketing for all divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead country adaptation and deployment of Regional campaigns and programmes – including adapting narrative, translations, approvals and roll-out
  • Support Country Marketing Managers with the delivery of country specific campaigns and programmes
  • Establish/monitor the correct channel strategy/tactic mix for countries and divisions and use internal and external customer feedback and performance data to optimize marketing mix and budget
  • Set relevant and measurable country specific KPIs and ROI, including dashboards for monitoring and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Regional VPs, GMs, country marketing and sales to develop marketing programs, collateral, and sales enablement toolkits that drive value and revenue for the business.
  • Help with management of channel marketing automation platform and other resources and tools
  • Country lead in roll-out and deployment of ABM activities
  • Build, lead and manage a high performing team, providing coaching and supporting career development
  • Drive a results-oriented culture that prioritizes analytics and ROI tracking

About You

  • Demonstrable experience working for a large global company organisation in marketing communications / communications strategy within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare capital/consumables
  • Able to demonstrate country management of measurable, integrated communications projects and campaigns
  • Experience deploying multi-lingual content in a highly regulated environment including copy and translation review processes
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally
  • Must exhibit leadership proficiency in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork and engagement, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, leadership, strategic thinking and communication
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in similar field such marketing, communications. Information technology and martech advantageous
