Marketing Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a market leading Aesthetics organisation at their state of the art facility in Buckinghamshire. Provide support to the team on the delivery of medical education materials and programs. Ensure projects get done on time and under budget. This Marketing Associate will collaborate with key players on our team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful.

• Support the development and implementation of innovative tactical programs to support the company’s International countries.
• Coordinate and communicate product/activity related information within the organization.

• Participate in project-based opportunities to further develop your knowledge and skills.
• Develop an understanding of competitors and their product ranges, ensuring you are able to professionally communicate the value difference in terms of efficacy, safety and market strategy.
• Assisting with coding, documenting and processing invoices in a timely manner, monthly accruals
• · Raising purchase orders, creating new vendors and collating documentation for competitive bidding.
• Ensure timely upload of promotional materials, agreements and events to meet compliance requirements.
• Ensure that contracts are administered with HCPs in relation to sponsorships, support and events.

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in Pharma or Scientific Agency
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time & on budget
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Likes to tackle new work challenges and tasks.
• Believes one has control over work outcomes.
• Seeks out new ways to do things and new approaches to issues.
