Key Account Manager

The company is looking for an experienced sales manager with proven commercial success to join their to deliver the highest standards of account management and business development and act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal marketing, customer service and supply chain departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

This unique opportunity has a very competitive remuneration package plus commission. The successful candidate will be someone who has experience in sales management role within the medical devices market, experience working with DSOs and distributors and a desire to develop their career within a fast growing business.

Reporting to Head of Professional Sales, EMEA, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing long term relationships with customers and the implementation of B2B sales strategy and priorities.

  • To achieve profitable sales volume and other strategic sales objectives such as lead generation and customer retention.
  • To generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • To develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions in line with the organisation’s Professional sales strategy.
  • To act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal marketing, customer service and supply chain departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
  • To prepare detailed proposals / quotes depending on each client’s requirements and negotiate contracts.
  • To meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
  • To participate in trade shows and educational events to ensure proper exposure to increase the potential for long term relationships with customers.
  • To conduct product training and education for Key accounts’ members of staff.
  • To create and foster relationships with KOLs to support B2B offering.
  • To monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • To suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

About You

  • Extensive experience within a sales management role with proven commercial success.
  • Must have: Full professional profiency English & Spanish
  • Native Spanish
  • University degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent work experience in dental or medical device field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with DSOs.
  • Full professional proficiency English.
  • Relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, results-driven work environment.
