Consult are delighted to announce a retained partnership with one of the most exciting dental companies, named in Forbes and Vogue magazine for their revolutionary products. Our client has clear defined plans in place to triple the size of their organisation within the next 3 years creating highly developmental opportunities.

Our client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with proven commercial success to join them to deliver the highest standards of account management and business development and act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal marketing, customer service and supply chain departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve profitable sales volume and other strategic sales objectives such as lead generation and customer retention.
  • To generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • To develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions in line with the organisation’s Professional sales strategy.
  • To act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal marketing, customer service and supply chain departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
  • To prepare detailed proposals / quotes depending on each client’s requirements and negotiate contracts.
  • To meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
  • To participate in trade shows and educational events to ensure proper exposure to increase the potential for long term relationships with customers.
  • To conduct product training and education for Key accounts’ members of staff.
  • To create and foster relationships with KOLs to support B2B offering.
  • To monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • To suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

About You

  • Extensive experience within a sales role with proven commercial success.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience in the dental or medical device field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with DSOs.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, results-driven work environment.
