Scope

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for segmentation, managing, creating and developing individual Key Account strategies tailored to each KA. Working with all departments at subsidiary and Group level to devise a detailed plan for key accounts that maximises sales and services opportunities in the short and long term. Will execute corporate projects/ plans for individual key accounts.
  • Responsible for developing a good level of market knowledge and awareness of opportunity and ensuring this is made available throughout the organisation.
  • Maximise the opportunities for both the Company and the key account by implementing and developing the service offer.
  • Prepare and implement contractual agreements and ensure compliance.

About You

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Relevant knowledge or background of animal health industry, Knowledge of pet/ trade retail in store and on-line
  • Computer literate - competent user of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Broad commercial experience in sales and/ or marketing
  • Previous experience managing "retail Key Accounts"
  • Diplomatic and persuasive, able to effectively negotiate
