Inside Sales Representative

Scope

Opportunity for a high-calibre sales professional to work with a global leader in state-of-the-art facilities in the Bracknell area. You'll be part of a high-performing Inside Sales team responsible for the Account Management of our clients customers. With the aim of understanding their needs and providing a first-class service to end users in order to forge long-lasting, strong relationships and develop the brands presence further.

We currently have vacancies available operating within both the Dental & Medical Device/Healthcare arena.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales through building customer relationships and penetration of products through direct business and channel partners
  • Delivery and ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Performance measured against defined Key Performance Indictors
  • Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
  • Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised, and to support business protection

About You

  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Existing inside sales or field sales experience, with experience in selling to end users
  • Self-motivated and has a real drive to succeed
  • Knowledge in CRM system (such as Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools
  • Excellent, confident telephone manner
  • Customer oriented and professional communication
  • Positive minded, resilient and tenacious
  • High social competence and ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential

Highly competitive base salary on offer with a rewarding bonus structure in place (bonus is guaranteed for the first 6 months), plus extensive benefits package including private healthcare.
