Inside Sales Representative

Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join an expanding team within the Loughborough office, the team has had huge growth since the division was first developed and can provide great chances to expand within the business.


  • Retain existing business and generate and close new opportunities on specific products within their division.
  • Strong alignment to the Orthodontic business in Oral Care Solutions Division to maintain close links with field sales, marketing, and technical support.
  • Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
  • Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
  • Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised

About You

  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Experience in inside sales or field sales preferred
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge in CRM system ( and other sales acceleration tools
  • Comfortable selling on the phone
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Customer oriented and professional communication
  • Positive thinking, tenacious, driven
  • High social competence and ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Challenger mindset
  • High level of resilience
  • Orthodontic industry knowledge preferred
