Inside Sales Representative

Scope

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join a leading global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.

The overall mission is to retain existing business and generate and close new opportunities on specific products within their division (Dental/Healthcare)

Responsibilities

  • Sales generation and penetration of specific products at channel, distribution partners and customers
  • Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
  • Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
  • Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised

About You

  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Experience in inside sales or field sales preferred
  • Motivational skills
  • Knowledge in CRM system (Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools
  • Comfortable selling on the phone
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Customer oriented and professional communication
  • Positive thinking, tenacious, driven
  • High social competence and ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Analytical and data driven
