Infrastructure Engineer/IT Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure engineer to join a reputable biopharmaceutical company based just outside of Liverpool. This position is required to support the current manager through the provision of technical IT and network support to users within the business.

To be suitable for this position, you will be experienced with desktop and network support and be well versed with dealing with internal customers.

• Server Knowledge (2008 – 2019)

• Windows Update Testing (Prior to Rollout)
• Printer Support
• Network Patching
• LANS/WANS
• Vendor Liaising
• VPN
• VoIP Telephony
• Cloud Based Solutions (OneDrive/BOX/SharePoint/O365)
• SCCM (Desirable)
• Azure AD (Desirable)
