Incision Management Sales Specialist

Exceptional opportunity to join a global leader as an Incision Management Sales Specialist. You will make an impact by Implementing strategies that add value to the company’s offering around Incision Management as a key part of a package/solution to build strong and profitable relationships with C-Suites, Deliver value/outcome-based contracts associated with the value the products can bring, negotiated with customers, rather than product and price transactions.


  • Responsible for research and analyse key account-specific information relating to customer, KPIs and drivers to provide personalised value propositions to meet clinical and economic challenges, including tailoring the product guarantee/risk share proposal where relevant
  • Develop relationships at a higher level of influence (key strategic relationships) within designated accounts, (e.g., C-suite, Top Surgeons/KOLs, Quality Managers, Payers/Procurement Leads, Department Managers, Infection Prevention).
  • Support Global Medical Sciences organisation to develop evidence / studies / papers that support business cases and evidence for C-Suite solutions.
  • The territory you will be covering will be South UK to include London (80% of the work will be in London) South.

About You

  • Degree in Medical / Scientific or Business discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • Significant sales experience in medical device and/or another healthcare-related field
  • Experience of working within the NHS
  • Highly influential, gains commitment and finds solutions to enable progress
  • Ability to forge strong internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Life science or Business Degree or equivalent required
  • ABPI accredited or working towards
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Very good relationship building skills
  • Team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Highly effective influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation and education skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
  • Solution oriented
