Implementation Specialist

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity as an Implementation Specialist , and we are looking for dynamic, dental professionals to step into a more commercially focussed position, delivering training and demonstrations in order to educate dental professionals on the company products throughout the south, central region.

You will be part of an exciting, new health-tech company and team, striving to be the global standard in dental care. This new suite of exciting AI virtual practice solutions will revolutionize the way patients are treated in dental/orthodontic practices around the world.

• Responsible for product training and education in relation to company products.
• Working closely with Dental professionals in order to educate them.
• Educating customers on the benefits of embracing Digital Health, and how this will drive their own revenue streams, will be critical to the success of the Implementation Specialist.
• Must have a good understanding of dental practices and how they operate.
• Working closely with and collaborating with the wider commercial teams.
• Qualified Orthodontist or Dentist, Practice Manager within a Practice or Dental Nurse.

• Strong knowledge of a Dental Practice and how to interact with the clinical professionals.
• A minimum basic commercial awareness and understanding of dental practices and workflows
• Strong presenting skills.
• Experience in training other team members.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology.
• The ability to build and maintain positive and strong relationships, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of dental workflow (digital and traditional).
