Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a clinical professional who is wanting to step into a slightly more commercial role. Working closely with Practice Managers, Dentists and Orthodontists in order to educate and train them in relation to the requirements of the company and the benefits it can provide for the practice.

• Responsible for product training and education in relation to company products.
• Working closely with Dental professionals in order to educate them.
• Educating customers on the benefits of embracing Digital Health, and how this will drive their own revenue streams, will be critical to the success of the Implementation Specialist.
• Must have a good understanding of dental practices and how they operate.
• Working closely with and collaborating with the wider commercial teams.
• Qualified Orthodontist or Dentist, Practice Manager within a Practice or Dental Nurse

• Strong knowledge of a Dental Practice and how to interact with the clinical professionals.
• A minimum basic commercial awareness and understanding.
• Strong presenting skills.
• Experience in training other team members.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology.
• The ability to build and maintain positive and strong relationships, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of dental workflow (digital and traditional).
• Good level of spoken and written English.
