HR Generalist EMEA

Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking developer of technology for the dental industry. Due to their continued high growth globally, we are looking to hire a HR Generalist with responsibility for EMEA and potentially other regions depending on seniority and experience.

• The HRG manages day-to-day HR operations, has ample knowledge on all aspects of the HR function and is the primary point of contact of the employees.
• The HRG may complete all the HR tasks for a business or work with a team under a director.
• Their responsibilities may change from day to day to handle the varying needs of their business.
• The HRG is responsible for the application of HR policies, processes, and guidelines across the business consistently with the Global initiatives.
• Maintaining workforce compliant with local and national standards, employment regulations and regulatory concerns
• Address day-to-day HR issues & coach managers about people management issues. Build up training content on HR practices & processes.
• In charge of human resources practices and processes (compensation and benefits, onboarding, hiring and recruiting, training & development, performance management, workplace safety and compliance, and crafting personnel policies and procedures)

• Workforce monitoring: execution of the recruitment plan, monitoring of the staff turnover/absenteeism or any other relevant data, analyse/summarize and propose corrective action
• Recruitment: manage the platforms, the interview pipelines with the hiring managers, the logistics of the recruitment
• Onboarding: manage the onboarding process, interface between the new employee and the company, ensure efficient/consistent onboarding
• Career development: responsible for the personal and professional development of all employees under the scope of responsibilities (employee orientation, training and development).
  • Collect the training needs, build up the plan for approval, implement the plan
  • Training engineering (providers identification, logistics, feedback)
  • Provide support to the managers to identify high potential and career path, and manage succession planning
• Responsible for the performance management cycle: advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations, work closely with managers and employees to track, measures and reports HR concerns, opportunity, plans for development
• Compensation & Benefits: in charge of benefits inventory, market trends collection, gap analysis to propose improvement in our comp & ben structure
• Interface between payroll / managers & employees. Ensure that all the required information is provided to payroll accurately and in a timely manner, backup option to payroll
• In charge of the welfare, safety, health, wellness of employees in accordance with the local regulation
• Promote culture, values and employer branding internally & externally
• In charge of employees' communication on any HR matters

• You must be agile and adaptable with experience working in fast-paced environments
• You must hold a relevant HR qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR function
• Experience in managing payroll is essential
