Responsibilities

  • HR policies & guidelines: maintain, communicate, apply and improve whenever possible
  • Employees' administration :
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Maintain organizational charts & HR Systems
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Manage health and life insurance programs
  • Keep track on residency/work permit expiration & end of trial period - Recruitment: . Manage job requisition on behalf of the managers, our recruitment platforms and help hiring managers in their recruitment process
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Provide internal & external mobility support, facilitate a new employee settling in (immigration services)
  • Onboarding:
  • Be responsible for all documents related to onboarding for Audit purpose
  • Manage onboarding sessions and coordinate face to face onboarding sessions
  • Ensure efficient/consistent onboarding
  • Ensure new hired are following up on mandatory trainings
  • Training administration and engineering: implement training and development plans, manage training session logistics (interface with the training companies, employees enrollment, feedback...)
  • Performance management cycle: provide support to the employees & managers on the process
  • Compensation & Benefits: provide support for benchmark and benefits administration
  • Payroll: ensure that all the required information is provided to payroll accurately and in a timely manner, manage payroll cycle, social declaration
  • Promote DM's culture, values and employer branding internally & externally
  • Workforce compliance: stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Social dashboards: update, adjust and improve if required

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or related field
  • Number of years of experience: entry level
