HR Assistant

Consult are proud to be partnered with an independent dental care provider with practices throughout the UK in their search for an experienced HR professional to join their East Croydon team.

The ideal candidate will be have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR Assistant role and will have experience in managing the full employee lifecycle. You will also be a highly motivated, approachable individual with a real can-do attitude and looking for a long-term role.

• On-boarding
• Process contracts of employment for all new hires
• Collect and process all new starter paperwork
• Referencing
• Ensure HR data is up to date
• Respond to all resignation letters and administer the exit process for all leavers
• Manage administration for employee probation periods, ensuring appropriate records and confirming outcome of probation
• Process all benefits to payroll following completion of probation
• Support with projects relating to on boarding, candidate experience and recruitment
• General administration tasks around the role
• Manage the HR Inbox daily and take accountability for resolving queries relating to the full employee life cycle
• Set up, administer and maintain personnel files and process all personnel documentation
• Act as liaison between external HR & Legal team

• Experience in an existing HR based role is essential
• High level of computer proficiency, with experience in Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
