Scope

This is a great opportunity for a strong HR Generalist to join an expanding HR team in a multi-site role. My client are the largest manufacturer of flat and pitched roofing and waterproofing solutions throughout Europe seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR BP for Supply Chain.

The role supports a workforce of 350, split across 7 sites. The position will be working 2 days remotely, with the remainder of the time at the Milton Keynes office or nearby sites as requested.

This position has been created to increase capacity across HR, with a large focus on driving use of data, linking with finance more in building dashboards and looking at costing more effectively.

Responsibilities

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Intelligence of giving advice at right times and the right managers. Looking at continually improvement of processes across Absences/Disciplinaries/flex working/Performance Reviews)
  • Some elements of L&D
  • Support with administration and contract duties if needed
  • Supply chain administration

About You

  • Strong generalist with a breadth of HR experience
  • CIPD qualified - Level 5 minimum
  • Experience within Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality or Trade Unions
  • Operated within a large scale of workforce and offices
  • Experience of mature and immature HR environments
  • Good HR systems experience
  • Data driven
