Head of Sales - Europe

Scope

We are hiring an experienced and growth-minded leader due to the unprecedented demand and growth in France and surrounding nations. Our client is looking for a sales leader who has strong strategic planning and implementation ability, experience in leading high-performing teams and a vision for growth, development and capitalising on market opportunities to join a company that aspires to transform clinical practice.

The successful candidate will report directly to the European Sales Director and will be primarily responsible for executing a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, guiding, supporting and building a successful sales team, creating long lasting customer and KOL relationships and maximising the untold potential of this ground-breaking company and its AI solutions/products. This is a great opportunity for a growth-minded leader to help contribute to the digital movement in MedTech for a company that are revolutionising their market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed through targeted onboarding support and training
  • Enable a successful roll-out of products to customer’s patients
  • Maintain a cadence of communication with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as company advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Collaborate closely with the original Sales Executive to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities for more Monitoring or other solutions
  • Marshall resources across the organisation as needed to support customer’s product and patient issues
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales process and product roadmap

About You

  • Proven success/sales executive track record of sales achievements and managing high performing teams
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach, and how to instil this approach in to your team
  • A background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho desirable
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales management level role
  • A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers.
  • Native French speaker with high level of English
  • Solid understanding of the DSO & insurance structure and approach would be highly desirable
