Head of Orthodontic Marketing

North America

Scope

We are hiring for one of the most exciting Ortho-Technology Companies, to help lead their marketing department across NAM.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, implement and supervises Marketing initiatives within the region. Tracks and optimizes our positioning vs competition on all targets.
  • Defined a bi-annual marketing plan in line with Global Marketing Imperatives set by International Head of Marketing
  • Operating perimeter: North America & Canada
  • Define and execute the regional market strategy to gain foothold in the specific market / region . Approx. 30% strategy and 70% execution
  • Collaborate with Global Head of Marketing to roll out local initiatives, and provide input on behalf of region for brand and global campaigns
  • Take responsibility for the regional marketing budget under the supervision and approval of Global Head of Marketing and reporting under each streamline.
  • Support the sales team and customer success team in the region
  • Coordinate with Communication and Graphic Design team based out of the US to create engaging copy and content for events, campaigns, sales enablement, branding, and social media activities
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing manager to roll out drip campaigns, e-mail marketing, re-marketing, and lead generation activities in the region and assisting in the overall strategy . Setting a full in bound marketing strategy.
  • Organize/manage events with event specialist - such as webinars, scientific congresses, study clubs & masterclasses to generate ROI and drive brand awareness
  • Take initiative to run local experiments and activities to increase growth and brand awareness
  • Evaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships and advertising
  • Grow a community of advocates through industry leaders, social influencers, and medical and technology community
  • Perform your work according to the applicable policies and procedures
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
  • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
  • Promote awareness regarding information security in the team
  • Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS Record

About You

  • With a strong interest in digital technologies and usage, you intend to succeed and have fun in various situations.
  • 8-10 years demonstrable working experience in marketing (B2B Dental/Orthodontic background would be a plus but not mandatory).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing 360 integrated marketing programs
  • strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in comms, marketing’s etc…
  • Professional experience in the medical/start-up/tech industry would be a plus
  • Knowledge over marketing automation tool would be a plus
