Scope

Consult are delighted to continue working in close partnership with a UK leading provider of Optical and Hearing services, who are entering an exciting phase of growth across both Optometry and Audiology sectors.

We are now looking for a Head of New Business & Partnerships to lead and develop new business growth initiatives, forming part of the strategic leadership team and focusing on highly scalable new routes to market.

With an outstanding remuneration package and direct influence on the business’s operations, this is an enviable career opportunity and a chance to work directly with the CEO on acquisition development and growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new partner growth by identifying and qualifying new Optical partners, meeting / exceeding month and annual partner growth targets
  • Research and develop business plan for new routes to market – gain board approval to launch
  • Lead, develop and relaunch company’s ‘Business Club’ with existing partners
  • Support to Managing Director, Head of Audiology and Operational team, creating positive brand and community awareness

About You

  • Extensive professional background within Audiology or Optical sectors, experience in both preferable
  • Demonstrable record of winning business within Audiology or Optical sectors
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and on own initiative
  • Leadership and Managerial qualities
  • Driven and motivated to succeed
