Graduate Sales Executive - Leeds

Scope

An industry leading energy brokerage are looking to expand their team with driven graduates who are wanting to work for an award winning business as Sales Executives.

Our client are a supplier to organisations across sectors from manufacturing, hospitality, retail and logistics. They have over 30 years’ experience and are at the forefront of technology backed, energy supply

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales through building customer relationships
  • Delivery / ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Building relationships and selling over the phone
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
  • Regular engagement with other members of the team and senior management

About You

  • Self-motivated, driven and keen to succeed
  • Excels at selling on the phone, or shows the capacity to be successful in this area
  • Customer oriented and professional communication
  • Positive thinking, tenacious, driven
  • High social competence and ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Challenger mindset
  • High level of resilience
  • Some exposure to commercial setting is preferred but not essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
