Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Scope

Our client is a leader within Medical-Aesthetics Capital Equipment, that has pioneered within the industry. As their global business continues to grow, they are looking for a self-motivated, driven Digital Marketing Manager to ensure local digital marketing plans are developed in a scalable fashion to meet corporate goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. The position will be ideally based out of our London office, although we would consider other locations and there will be flexibility for frequent home working.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the senior digital marketing lead in EMEA, LATAM, Australia, Japan, and Korea, responsible for understanding local performance marketing nuances and insights
  • Build and execute campaigns that support company goals with clearly defined target audiences, audience test segments, informed creative approaches, all with testing plans built-in
  • Define KPIs per campaign and funnel-stage to meet company goals
  • Partner closely with the regional agencies to keep a pulse on campaign performance on all in-market media
  • Keep laser-focus on analytics and in-depth analysis of segment and channel performance in relation to KPIs, and the ability to summarize these findings with clear next-steps
  • Daily monitoring of campaign data, performance, goal-tracking, and general analytics
  • Provide campaign progress to Senior Manager of Global Digital Marketing and digital marketing team on a regular basis
  • Work hand-in-hand with digital marketers in other regions, as well as the Marketing Technology centre of excellence to ensure optimized user journeys through landing pages and conversion points
  • Report to Senior Manager of Global Digital Marketing and collaborates seamlessly with graphic designers, organic social media team, PR team, and digital agencies to ensure a cohesive digital presence

About You

  • 7+ years of experience in media planning and execution across digital channels in both the B2B and B2C space in an International environment
  • Proven expertise in the planning and execution of large scale, full-funnel, multi-tiered and multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Proven experience with optimizing campaigns and ability to improve key KPIs and ROI on paid media through optimization and knowledge of campaign objectives, buying structures, targeting capabilities, and creative/content optimization
  • Experience with split testing and A/B testing strategies, proven success in scaling learnings across digital mediums, and leveraging knowledge for future campaigns
  • Ability to communicate complex digital metrics in a digestible fashion with clear data-informed optimization recommendations. Ability to present results and learnings to all levels of the organization, both locally and globally.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Self-starter and problem-solver with a collaborative spirit and disposition
  • Highly adaptable in a growing and changing global business
  • Hands-on keyboard experience within ad platforms preferred
  • Candidates with some digital agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce a plus
  • Experience managing a digital media agency a plus
  • Certifications in major ad platforms such as Google or Facebook a plus
