Learning Systems Technology Manager

As Global Learning Management Systems Technology Manager, you will be responsible for deploying and integrating LMS technology, playing a key lead in strategy and infrastructure, directing product owners and being responsible for delivering complex information. • Produce the business case, budget plan, roadmap, and project plan for the program, and maintain ongoing.
• Gather and collate detailed global and divisional requirements for learning management.
• Research global legal requirements, produce platform governance polices, document user guidance and operationalize.
• Align on global revenue-generating models for learning and training programs, pricing strategy and tax management as appropriate by area or division.
• Design system architecture that integrates different technologies and capabilities together to deliver an integrated solution that’s modern, scalable, secure and evolves with customer expectations.
• Align on global key performance indicators, select data sources, and build dashboard to empower marketing teams with key insights and prove ROI for learning programs.
• Define the global change plan, produce training materials and communications, and implement training.
• Audit existing platforms, create phased migration plan and execute migration including contractual closure.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Extensive experience managing the strategy, integration, configuration, and evolution of Learning Management System (LMS) technologies for large B2B marketing organizations

• Knowledge of global data privacy and compliance rules and practices.
• Experience working in an international role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments within the organization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
