Global Integration Project Manager



This is a fantastic opportunity for a Integration Project Manager professional to join a market leading medical aesthetics organisation at their impressive facility in Marlow.

We are looking for a site based Project Manager who will be the link between the Programme Managers and the individual county leads. You will need a strong level of technical expertise across a range of different systems and platforms. The role will mainly cover EMEA and potentially Canada and South Africa further down the line.

This is an implementation role where you will co-ordinate all the activities with the local teams and ensure that tasks are being completed on time following integration from country to country – tasks include integrating systems/applications; Privacy/GDPR/Consent and website management


  • Manage overall area integration activities
  • Supplement resources needs across affiliates providing interim capacity increase.
  • Manage any project dependencies or issues that might come up from affiliate perspective.
  • Coordinate any affiliate plan changes if needed & ensure proper process is followed.
  • Coordinate regions/countries schedule for the integration, based on waves and International plans.
  • Ensure the coordination of any activity the affiliates are responsible for conducting.
  • Coordinate the alignment of the integration activities; make sure workstreams are aligned with other major initiatives and overall area/local solutions portfolio.
  • Coordinate Local Application Disposal and Integration. Keep Application Inventory information complete, accurate and up-to-date; Coordinate application disposition discussions between stakeholders and Coordinate execution of needed activities.
  • Identify communication needs for the Regions and coordinate content and distribution with Communications Manager.
  • Continuously improve the integration governance and planning capability by integrating optimal ways of planning / organizing / delivering / supporting / and monitoring workstreams performance based on shared KPIs.

About You

  • Significant Business Technology Consultancy or Business Technology Professional experience.
  • Experience on delivering large / major projects, showing planning and execution capacity and project management skills.
  • Able to establish effective relationship with business stakeholders.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Successfully managing technology projects through the full lifecycle
  • Experience in analysing, designing, and improving business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shared service environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or equivalent experience, preferably in business or a closely related discipline.
