Field Training Audiologist - South UK

We are now looking to recruit a Clinical Audiologist to work as a Field Training Audiologist in the South of England; delivering exceptional training to both internal and external customers, to groups of varying size, creating professional training materials, developing e-learning platform, product launches and working in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.

In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with a passionate, progressive, and high-impact team that is really making a difference in the organisation and ensuring customers success.

• Confident delivery of high-quality training sessions, which meet well defined learning objectives

• Contribute to the enrichment and/or development of training content

• 1-to-1 Customer Training sessions, Customer Seminars, Open Days, Conference / Exhibition attendance (all of which could be in person or remotely attended)

• Build relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts to become a trusted advisor and the most effective ways to refine and develop learning to meet their needs

• Updating of all records in Salesforce.com and sharing information regarding opportunities with sales partners

• Qualified Audiologist – FdSc / BSc / MSc
• Clinical Training experience - preferable

• Continuous demonstration to customers that you are passionate and enthusiastic about the products and services

• Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and part of a cohesive team
