Enterprise Account Manager

Valencia, Spain

Scope

This will provide the opportunity for you to be responsible for developing and implementing specific enterprise customer account and opportunity plans supporting company goals and quota objectives, from lead generation through close in the assigned territory of Valencia region, Murcia region, Albacete, Cuenca and Balearic Islands. The Enterprise Account Manager will also manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery, working alongside of a highly driven team of Sales, Marketing, Technical Services professionals and with the international team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the commercial results of the assigned territory and for the profitably growing the business and enterprise accounts within the defined territories through the development of high level business relationships, strategies and execution of aligned tactics (responsibility for minimum yearly revenues and profitability agreed with the Sales Manager as well as price and discounting strategies)
  • Assure the promotion and development of products and services
  • Responsible for sales quota, including forecasting and sales target achievement
  • Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction
  • Perform any administrative task entrusted to him/her about the assigned territory (contract negotiations and tender activity as required)
  • Manage and execute sales process and activities effectively (contract negotiations, tender activity, support to credit collection as required)
  • Manage and update customer relationship tools for each client interaction
  • Stay current in product, market and report on competitors’ activity
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, Code of Conduct, local regulations, sales and credit conditions

About You

  • Native Spanish speaker or equivalent; proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related science field
  • Good working knowledge of the medical diagnostic field (Blood Transfusion lab experience highly appreciated)
  • Available to be on Business Trip the 75% of the time
  • Selling skills/experience
  • Technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good persuasion and influencing skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

Desirable Experience:

  • Use of CRM database
  • Experience in providing training, service and support to external customers
  • Knowledge of Transfusion related network
  • Sales credentials in the area of Transfusion
