EHS Administrator

Part Time Position

Scope

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EHS Administrator to join a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration in the plant supporting Safety and Environmental Compliance. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills to provide outstanding professional support to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Health & Safety Records and database (for Dangerous Occurrences, Accident Prevention & Minor Injuries)
  • Record retention for all EHS training, medicals, fit testing etc.
  • Site Training Co-Ordinator to include the update and retention of training documentation, SPLs, training matrix
  • Management of Change Co-Ordinator (MOC) - Dealing with document management process and administration, including database & document management, creating templates etc
  • Site Wellbeing Co-Ordinator
  • Management of Contractor Induction
  • Site admin support for the plant
  • Co-ordination of the site Employee Forum meetings
  • Distribution of information around the site
  • Co-ordinate the ordering of employees PPE including managing visitor PPE stocks and safety prescription glasses
  • Booking hotels and travel accommodation
  • Arranging VP visits
  • Raising purchase orders and dealing with invoice queries
  • Dealing with supplies & issues with office printers
  • Updating Safety and Site noticeboards
  • Dealing with office post including sorting (both inbound and outbound)
  • Supporting the Time and Attendance system

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • SAP Experience
  • Detail conscious and able to execute procedures /processes accurately
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Desirable to have some experience of working within a manufacturing environment
  • Able to effectively utilise written, electronic, verbal and other communication channels
  • Maintain good housekeeping, recording and audit of documentation
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Work in co-operation with a variety of groups within the region
