A fantastic opportunity has presented itself to join a globally renowned ‘pure play’ Aesthetic Company. This establishment has a portfolio of differentiated, complementary aesthetic technologies with a focus on collagen stimulation. Their products are experiencing significant growth as they target clinical demand for effective, high quality, longer duration, natural-looking & minimally invasive treatments.

Due to the rapid growth of this business, they are now looking for a self-motivated, driven District Manager to drive the sales growth within the Berlin region.


  • Meets yearly and quarterly sales targets
  • Select target accounts per area and agree with Country Head on final target list
  • Develop a plan for targeted accounts and get agreement from Country head on the plan
  • Execute account plan per account
  • Make educational plan for the area and implement with Marketing team
  • Promote products in accordance with company strategy
  • Perform defined projects ex workshops
  • Create professional relationships with doctors and non-medical staff, in order to increase the barrier for the competition to enter these accounts
  • Spend substantial amount on time on gaining new customers
  • Execute monthly report in full and on time
  • All activities must conform to the Code of Ethics

About You

  • Degree or equivalent experience in sales positions, with minimum 3 years of direct selling experience
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within the healthcare. industry)
  • Preferably scientific background or experience
  • Experience in dermatology or aesthetic market
  • Good knowledge of country’s healthcare system
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customer / team
  • Preferably English language skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Creative & innovative thinking: developing and continually improving working methods.
  • Planning and organisation: developing and implementing area plans and education plans, to manage a varied and high workload while focusing on the "Big Picture”.
  • Interpersonal communication – developing productive internal & external relationships.
  • Focus on the achievement of financial targets and management of available resource
