Distribution Quality Officer

  • Ensuring all activities performed within the Distribution Centre are performed within compliance to EU GDP.
  • To drive and uphold a quality culture within Distribution Centre, focussing on continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the QMS by creating and/or reviewing key GDP documentation, such as (but not limited to) deviations reports (including temperature excursions), CAPA, Change Control, Risk Assessments, Calibration documents and SOP’s.
  • Provide on the job coaching/ support to the Distribution Team on GDP and all quality related subjects, including deviation investigations and reporting, CAPA, Risk Assessments and Change Control.
  • Ensure all non-conformance and/or quality incidents are identified and thoroughly investigated ensuring root cause is determined and appropriate CAPA action is identified and implemented.
  • Lead/ Support the self-inspection plan, ensuring non-compliance and continuous improvement opportunities are identified.
  • Performing walk rounds with Unit Manager or deputy identifying and addressing any quality concerns noted.

About You

  • Proven experience performing a quality role within a GMP/GDP environment.
  • Experience of leading and documenting complex investigations and risk assessments Involvement with the management of change in an operational environment.
  • Be organised, methodical and accurate in your approach Have a dedicated and hardworking attitude.
