Digital Marketing Manager

• Launch new products in the digital solutions portfolio aligned with global HQ
• Product lifecycle management of existing digital solutions
• Collaborate with adjacent Marketing Managers on the team for digital solution alignment
• Assist Marketing Director in developing commercial marketing strategies
• Create value propositions and engaging marketing and advertising collateral with marketing communications team
• Research and analyze market data and competitive intelligence to communicate sales market opportunities
• Drive the development of product promotions via omni channel approach
• Assist with product sales analysis, forecasting, and pricing
• Engage with marketing team and external suppliers to ensure proper execution of projects
• Develop training materials for sales teams and customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure frictionless customer experience
• Address product inquiries from sales team
• Up to 10% travel: field work, talking to customers, trade shows, regional meetings, etc.

• Post-secondary degree and related marketing experience
• Medical devices / Bioscience strongly preferred
• 1-3 years marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Intermediate/ advanced MS Office skills
• Intermediate/ advanced Graphic / InDesign knowledge
• High level of organization and accountability
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to thrive and learn in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
• Proven record of demonstrating initiative
