Dental Treatment Coordinator

Scope

Rare opportunity within the dental market to join a highly reputed and established multi-specialist private practice as a Treatment Coordinator.

The practice is going through a high-period of growth and has a strong existing network of referring practices, so this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Treatment Coordinator with knowledge of the dental arena to take real ownership of this newly created role and drive the practice forward.

Practice Hours: Mon-Thursday, 8-5pm. Fridays 8-3:30pm.

Package: Basic salary of between £28,000-35,000 depending on experience, plus performance related bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Converting enquiries into treatment starts by providing a truly exceptional patient experience - this will include being the first point of contact, booking and carrying out consultations, discussing treatment and finance options (and the associated administrative tasks) and having regular check-ins with the patient throughout their treatment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the local dental orthodontic practice network and work with them to maximise referral opportunities
  • Review customer feedback through patient satisfaction surveys and action as necessary
  • Contribute to a patient centred approach to service, taking responsibility to lead this
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs/influential customers
  • Assist in the development of tactical marketing campaigns, including CPD/educational events, direct to consumer events, marketing communications and marketing collateral
  • Liaise with the management team to ensure marketing initiatives, referrals and leads are optimised and the appropriate KPI’s are attained and adherence to the defined patient journey
