Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for selling our clients market leading, cutting edge, dental prosthetics product portfolio that manufactures bespoke dental solutions utilising CAD/CAM technology. The product is used in the design and manufacture of abutments, crowns, bridges, bars and over dentures to specific patient requirements.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for selling the systems into dental laboratories and providing technical advice to Dental Technicians on the CAD/CAM solutions as well as providing field-based sales support as a product expert / champion.

Involving high level corporate representation and working closely with the marketing and product development teams the Territory Manager will be hugely adept at dealing with clients and have excellent interpersonal skills. The role will be a field based and afford the appointed person excellent career development opportunities.

About You

  • Ideal -Experience of selling to laboratories
  • A Dental Technician with digital workflow specialism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fantastic communicator
  • Commercial acumen – ideally from a sales, marketing or product management background.
  • Clinical dental knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Applicants will be highly motivated and dedicated to succeeding.
  • Smart, professional and able to work under pressure the applicant will balance sales of CAD/CAM technology with the ability to train and educate.
  • A willingness to learn – to be naturally inquisitive, a good listener who takes responsibility for your own progress and providing yourself (with our help) with many and diverse learning opportunities.
  • A willingness to work hard, travel in the field and work with customers to help support and grow their businesses.
  • A basic commercial awareness/understanding of data and what contributes to the success of a business.
