Rare opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Customer Success professional to join a leading provider of Dental Technology in their Central London offices.
You will be a highly motivated, personable customer service professional or account manager with experience in building relationships with new and existing customers, including onboarding, aftercare and resolving any queries or needs the customer may have – with the aim of providing our clients customers with a first-class service experience.
You will be responsible for providing training on our clients products, therefore experience in training (within any internal or external capacity) is also required for the role.
Due to the training element of the role, clinical/hands on knowledge of dental practice would also be highly beneficial, so we are also open to applicants from a Dental practice background looking to move into a more customer success focused environment.
