Dental Customer Success Executive


Rare opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Customer Success professional to join a leading provider of Dental Technology in their Central London offices.

You will be a highly motivated, personable customer service professional or account manager with experience in building relationships with new and existing customers, including onboarding, aftercare and resolving any queries or needs the customer may have – with the aim of providing our clients customers with a first-class service experience.

You will be responsible for providing training on our clients products, therefore experience in training (within any internal or external capacity) is also required for the role.

Due to the training element of the role, clinical/hands on knowledge of dental practice would also be highly beneficial, so we are also open to applicants from a Dental practice background looking to move into a more customer success focused environment.


  • Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed through targeted onboarding support and training
  • Enable a successful roll-out of products to customer’s patients
  • Maintain a cadence of communication with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as company advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Collaborate closely with the original Sales Executive to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities for more Monitoring or other solutions
  • Marshall resources across the organisation as needed to support customer’s product and patient issues
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales process and product roadmap

About You

  • This individual must be self-driven, consultative and supportive
  • Have 3-5 years’ experience working in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role OR have at least 2 years experience within Dental Practice
  • Experience working with software solutions that need to be adopted to success within challenging customer conditions
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organised, collaborative and detail Oriented
  • Degree educated and knowledge of the dental market (preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of technology and especially strong in social networking and communication technology (Skype, Zoom, Linked-In and Office software)
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement, renewals and upsell/cross-sell
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their Goals
  • Experience with Salesforce (a plus)
  • Fluent in English, another European language would be a plus!


Competitive base salary + bonus earnings of up to £2-2500 per year, in addition our client also offer a 50% reimbursement on your commuting costs. Hybrid working is also on offer, with one day per week being spent working from home.
