Dental Account Manager/Inside Sales

Due to continuous high-growth, our client have numerous Inside Sales Specialist opportunities available to join their high-performing inside sales function.

You’ll be a highly-motivated, professional and commercially driven individual - attitude, personality and commercial acumen are at the heart of this role. So you could be an existing, high-performing sales executive or likewise from another sales avenue and looking to change your career path.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for following up on interest from warm leads and existing customer and ultimately playing an integral part in our clients continued success in the Dental market.

This role offer hybrid working, with 2 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new leads provided by marketing, Account Executives, and event teams
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Maintain relationships with high potential leads until they become customers
  • Meet personal and team sales targets, and KPIs
  • Attend meeting and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Attend both in field and virtual events, where required
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain accurate activity records on relevant CRM systems
  • Contribute towards marketing efforts by maintaining up to date Social Media accounts
  • Be a strong brand ambassador at all times

About You

  • Commercially driven & highly self-motivated
  • Experience in a telephone based role (excellent telephone manner)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Resilient
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must have positive attitude and proactive capabilities
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • Team player
