Our client specialises in innovative technology for the user, created in order to accurately capture real time footage and predominantly aimed at the security sector in particular, public sector.

They have become the most successful European company in this rapidly expanding market and have sold their equipment to the majority of their targeted consumer base in the UK as well as many local authorities and private organisations. They currently sell into over 40 countries and are in the process of rapidly expanding their international activities.

As the Database Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of the database marketing strategy across the globe. Your responsibilities include maintaining and growing databases, using data analyses to optimize direct and interactive campaigns, and creating custom reports. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with outside vendors. To be successful as a Database Marketing Coordinator, you should have extensive experience in database marketing and with business intelligence tools. A top-notch candidate should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and team player skills, and deploy a consultative approach to database marketing.

  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and the seamless integration with the marketing automation software
  • Execute the database marketing strategy globally
  • Identify deficiencies, bottleneck, and business opportunities within data
  • Source, procure and validate contact lists for net new prospects, across target industries and countries
  • Collating and managing existing data for effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in developing and optimising effective customer journeys based on activity/engagement levels
  • Support Sales and Marketing with ad-hoc Salesforce requests
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in the creation of the marketing automation strategy
  • Work with the digital marketing specialist to re-engage dormant or no-activity records
  • Manage relationship with external vendors and legal requirements by countries (i.e GDPR)
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns efficiency
  • Periodic data reporting and auditing

About You

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or data analytics
  • Salesforce/Pardot experience or knowledge
  • Data analytics and BI knowledge (ie. PowerBi or Tableau)
  • Ability to code SQL, HTML, Phyton - desirable
  • Proficiency in one or more European language is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills, proactivity and determination
