Our client is entering an exciting phase of business growth and are looking for a conscientious Customer Support Team Supervisor dedicated to exemplary patient-care and to developing their own clinical skills, to join their high-performing team.

You will be working from a state-of-the-art clinic in Central London, situated near major train/underground stations. You will be compensated with a lucrative remuneration package and an opportunity grow and develop in line with the business.

  • Oversight of all customer service communication channels
  • In-the-moment troubleshooting support for team members.
  • Dealing with minor client complaints – major complaints can still be passed onto the CST Manager e.g. disagreements or disputes between team members and/or between CST team member and a member of the clinical team.
  • First line of defence for staff emergencies
  • Taking urgent calls from the call centre and communicating any urgent operational matters that may temporarily effect the bookings at any one of the clinic locations or indeed all of them.
  • Timely and Google calendar synchronization, scrutiny and monitoring in order to maximise operational revenue.
  • Assisting the CST Team Leader and the CST Manager in the distribution and assignment of tasks, both routine and ad hoc
  • Team monitoring, e.g. daily checklist completion for the team.
