Customer Success Executive - London


A rare opportunity for an experienced Customer Success professional to join a leading provider of Dental Technology in their Central London offices. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary plus bonus earnings, hybrid working is also on offer with one day per week being spent working from home.


  • You will be responsible for providing training on our clients products, therefore experience in training (within any internal or external capacity) is also required for the role.
  • Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed through targeted onboarding support and training
  • Enable a successful roll-out of products to customer’s patients
  • Maintain a cadence of communication with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as company advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Collaborate closely with the original Sales Executive to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities for more Monitoring or other solutions
  • Marshall resources across the organisation as needed to support customer’s product and patient issues
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales process and product roadmap

About You

  • Degree educated and knowledge of the dental market is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience working in a customer succss or similar role or at least 2 years experience within dental practice
  • Experience with Salesforce, excellent knowledge of technology and social networking is preferred
  • You will be a highly motivated, personable customer service professional or account manager with experience in building relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Due to the training element of the role, clinical/hands on knowledge of dental practice would also be highly beneficial
  • Fluent in English, another European language would be a benefit
