Customer Specialist - Inbound

Due to continued growth my client are looking to expand their customer service team. This role will be remote based, but you will be inducted in their world-class state of the art headquarters. This is a role which is highly progressive due to my client’s global reach and is in no way a call centre environment. • Deliver service excellence through great customer care, Identifying, assessing and understand customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
