Customer Service Supervisor - Bicester

We are recruiting on their behalf for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a small team from their UK Head Office, located in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Ultimately, the role is responsible for delivering the highest possible standards of customer care within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.
  • Monitors or review calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
  • Ensure that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
  • Collects data via company CRM system (Salesforce.com) and prepare reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Prepare monthly report summarizing the assigned customer service teams performance.
  • Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
  • Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the Head of Customer Service or other appropriate staff.
  • Assist with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.

About You

  • Demonstrable management and supervisory skills and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanour.
  • Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
