Scope

This is an opportunity for you to join one of the UK’s leading veterinary pharmaceutical businesses are currently looking for an experience RVN (registered veterinary nurse) to join their team of dedicated customer services executives. This role would suit someone looking to utilise their strong customer service skills to represent this fantastic brand while supporting vet practices with their enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • To provide a professional and knowledgeable service to customers (externally) and to the Company’s commercial functions internally. To work proactively in support of the Company’s commercial initiatives by enhancing the Company’s profile, its products and associated services, to its external customers on the telephone, email, F2F or video conferencing.
  • Provide a prompt, efficient and customer focussed response to enquiries, ensuring that the customer needs and expectations are managed and met, and that a positive customer experience is achieved.
  • To provide a level of customer satisfaction that adds value to the company brand and interaction with its customers.
  • Responsible for day to day wholesaler contact for UK and ROI, including sales order processing, invoicing, credits, debits, order acknowledgements, weekly back-order reports and resolving customer queries.
  • Ensure that planned commercial activity which could produce a high volume of calls is managed to ensure enough resource is available

About You

  • Excellent customer service and telephone techniques and manner
  • Veterinary Nurse qualification
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • English and Mathematics O’level/ GCSE or equivalent (e.g. NVQ)
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, Outlook and Excel
  • Provide exceptional friendly and professional customer service
  • Effectively deal with customers on the phone/ email
  • Take ownership of problems through to the point of solution, completion or responsible handover
  • Strong customer focus and a can-do attitude
  • Sales skills
