Corporate Key Account Manager

Scope

We are currently recruiting for an Animal Health Key Account Manager, to work with our Client, a leader within the Animal Health industry. The KAM will be responsible for ensuring that the sales goals for Corporate Groups customer are being met, and in turn, driving the long-term commercial success of the Corporate Groups customer segment.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on leading the Corporate Groups strategies
  • Breaks down the country strategy to “what it means for the Corporate Groups Vet business”
  • Creates detail strategy per customer segments as well as operational goals
  • Coordinates with marketing on overall customer-product strategy
  • Leads the management the end-to-end processes with the Corporate Groups
  • Negotiates on term, conditions and pricing with Corporate Groups
  • Maintains long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Executes sales activities on Corporate groups vets accounts
  • Sets priorities for the territory managers and receives feedback from visits on key vets
  • Generate progress reports to Country Head (Including sales growth, declines, new business leads, marketing successes, etc.)

About You

  • Proven success with Animal Corporate Vet Groups
  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
  • 5 years plus successful Key Account management experience
  • Evidence of delivering results in a multi stakeholder model
  • Experience of Key Customer development
  • Strong IT skills, especially MS Office
