We at Consult are currently in the process of recruiting a talented individual to join the, Commercial Lead, SEAI which plans and executes commercial strategies to market and channel develop, and grow our leadership position in the assigned markets in India. He/she will consistently deliver annual business plans and goals, by leading and partnering distributors in the respective markets to serve the needs of HCPs and Patients/Consumers in the medical aesthetics industry.

  • Support to set strategic direction and principles (e.g. business plan, initiatives prioritization, execution) for assigned distributors’ markets – Indonesia.
  • Accountable for business P&L.
  • Ensure the region's short to long-term strategic requirements are met.
  • Adopt and share best practices from inside and outside the assigned markets.
  • Support region in managing communication from company to assigned markets.
  • Drive omni channel innovation and portfolio development to address changing market needs.
  • Lead meeting agenda and follow up on agreed deliverables.
  • Participate and provide input to Leadership Team during business review meeting with senior management.
  • Coach and/or mentor Commercial talents in APAC.
  • Any other assigned responsibilities.
  • Plan and achieve P&L goals (sales & profit), market share and service targets for assigned markets.
  • Identify new product and commercial opportunities within the portfolio and make recommendations and lead to implement those plans for business growth.
  • Proactively monitor market dynamics and anticipate their possible influence on the portfolio, commercial plans and customer base.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and customers/KOLs to strengthen market share in all participating medical aesthetics categories.
  • Individual Contributor role.
  • Indirect leadership to external and internal teams.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationship between the Global, International and APAC functional teams.
  • Responsible leading and partnering distributors and project teams to ensure commercial initiatives meets the timeline.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Management or applicable discipline required; Master’s degree will be advantageous.
  • 10-12+ years professional experience commercial leadership gained within regional Distributor Channel Management. Experience in direct channel experience will be advantageous.
  • Proven success at operating within global and diverse companies. Experience in medical devices industry is preferred. Exceptional applicants from consumer/healthcare and electronics industry will be considered.
  • Strong leadership, strategic and tactical skills, excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conceptualize, structure and develop analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently and to work in a fast-paced environment with a natural ability to perform under stress.
  • High-level communication skills capable of engaging senior executives and other audiences and sees tasks through to completion.
  • Multi-lingual or multi-cultural talent preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel (such as VLookup, Pivot table, etc).
  • Familiarity with SAP software and is an advantage.
